I am using Microsoft Office 2003 and Mail Merge does not seem to be working
TaxCalc does not support the use of Office 2003 for any TaxCalc integration.
If you are planning on Importing or exporting summaries/accounts into TaxCalc, it is recommended that you have Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 or Office 365.
PLEASE NOTE: TaxCalc cannot offer help with the use of Office 2003.
