In order to diagnose certain issues it may be necessary to send TaxCalc a Health Check. Normally this is done from inside the program. If, however, you cannot open the program, you can send a Health Check manually WINDOWS ONLY
If the start menu entry is not present open File Explorer and navigate to the following location and run the Healthcheck.bat file:

This will then open a command prompt window (black box), which will then close. Once this has happened:
This will open a window. Look for the file HealthCheck.zip and then send a copy of this file to us via email to support@taxcalc.com. This file will allow us to investigate how and why your problem occurred.
