After you have upgraded your software, either from the website or through our Sales team, you will need to re-license the software to activate the new features.

Unfortunately whilst the option to enter the licence key automatically is still listed in the application, this option no longer works and the only way to successfully licence the older version of TaxCalc will be to copy and paste or manually type the licence key.

To enter the licence key manually...

• Click on Help in the top menu bar of the program and then click on License. When the grey pop-up appears, click on Enter new key.
• Select the Manually option and click Next.
• Click on Clear and then enter the new licence key.
• Click Next and you should be notified of the successful licensing of your TaxCalc product (you can check that your new features have been activated by clicking on View features).
• Click on Finish to end the licensing process.
