How do I remove the accountant's name on the accounts?

If you don't want the accountant's name to appear on the accounts, you can remove it by following these steps:

  1. Open the client in Accounts Production.
  2. Click on Client information on the left navigation menu.
  3. Select Address.
  4. Click on Accountants.
  5. Click on Remove address on the top right corner.
  6. Close and re-open the application for the change to take effect.

To remove the name of the accountancy firm:

  1. Select Administration from the home screen.
  2. Click on Name of accountancy firm:.
  3. Click on Remove.
  4. Close and re-open the application for the change to take effect.

The above change is global and will therefore apply for all sets of accounts.
