How do I use Client Notes?Article ID: 2330

You can use Client Notes to add notes against a client for future reference. Adding a noteYou can add a note to a client's record in TaxCalc in one of three ways:
Any of these options will bring up a new window allowing you to enter a note for that particular client. Viewing a noteWhen you have added a note against a client's record, you can check the record at any time to see any related notes. When viewing the notes, you can check when it was created, the note itself and who created the note. Editing a noteYou can edit a client note by selecting a Client and then Edit Client / Contact in Practice Manager.
PLEASE NOTE: The ability to edit a note will depend on your user permissions as defined within Administration > Security Roles. Deleting a noteYou can delete a client note by selecting a Client and then Edit Client / Contact in Practice Manager.
