Some individual users have reported that the following message is seen at the 'check and finish' stage when they are filing an SA100 return

tcsyncCH - One or more personal information fields on this return do not match the corresponding values in the Client Hub Record

If you are an individual user this message should not be appearing and can safely be ignored. Do not try to synchronise the data.

Important: If you sync the data it is possible that some data will be reset (UTR, NINO, Date of Birth, Gender, Name and Marital status) as you do not have this information stored in Practice Manager.

A correction to remove this erroneous validation has been made and is available when you update your software. You can do this by pressing F9 after opening your TaxCalc software.

Please note: Individual users do not utilise Practice Manager. Professional users who get this message should observe it and check that details match with those in the hub
