The following error may be shown if there is a problem communicating with the TaxCalc servers during an update of TaxCalc from within the program. This is likely to be a glitch in internet connectivity.
If the update fails again, the following Knowledge Base article shows you how to run the install manually. Reinstalling TaxCalc in case of a failed update or other unexpected behaviour If you are unable to download the update and you are able to contact other websites please contact TaxCalc Support for more assistance.
