Memorandum of associationIf required, the memorandum of association template referenced below can be used. Be aware that you cannot update the memorandum once the company has been registered. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/give-notice-of-subscribers-company-with-share-capital Articles of associationStandard articles of association (known as ‘model articles’) can be used, these can be seen in the Companies House guidance linked below.
