SSL error when opening Accounts Production client when using a proxy server

Some customers have reported the following error while trying to use TaxCalc Accounts Production.

One or more SSL errors has occurred. The signature of the certificate is invalid

If this error occures, users need to make sure that their proxy server includes the exceptions as listed in the article Excluding sites from Proxy Server checking
