How can I see whether identity evidence has expired?

New report columns are available for AML report customisations to highlight when identification evidence is due to expire. Once your clients have provided their identity evidence, it is important to ensure your records are kept up-to-date. Therefore, we have introduced additional selection when creating an AML report which allows you to report on your client’s identity evidence to ensure they are in date. The report will also highlight any that have expired or are due to expire.

  1. Within Practice Manager select Report Manager.
  2. Click New Report.
  3. Select AML Work Statuses and click Select.
  4. Once you have setup all your other reporting criteria, select Report Customisation.
  5. Add the required columns you would like to output.
  6. To include identity evidence expiration dates, from Columns Available expand Reports.
  7. Select Issue Date and Expiry Date.
  8. Once you have completed the report, click Finish and Finish and Save to save your report.
  9. Now you can run this report to see when identity evidence was issued and the expiry dates.
