In November 2020 Apple released the Big Sur operating system (v11.0). If you are running a Mac and have upgraded to Big Sur, for TaxCalc to run as expected you will need to use the following installer file, TaxCalc - v11.11.058 (Autumn 2020) Big Sur release. If you experience a prompt around Apple not being able to check for malicious software please click here. In some cases we have noted that when TaxCalc opens a return it shows a blank screen for the return itself. In this case please refer to our knowledge base article, How to change the Advanced Display Settings within TaxCalc if the software does not display as expected. Please note our current plans are to have this as part of our standard release from our Winter release, currently scheduled for mid-December. Additionally, if you running a Network or Cloud version of TaxCalc it is advisable to ensure TaxCalc is running the latest version before using this install.
