How do I report Capital Gains disposals on an R40 Claim for repayment?
You can no longer report Capital Gains disposals on an R40 Claim for repayment. Instead, you'll need to complete an SA100.
For the tax year ending 5 April 2016, you can submit the SA100 as a paper copy by 31 October 2016. After this date, you can only submit an online version and you must include the Unique Taxpayer Reference number.
